Every product warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Repaired or replaced free, at our discretion.

What's covered

Who's covered

Coverage applies to purchases from our official site, official platforms (Shopee, Carousell), or in person, with an order number or proof of purchase. It stays with the original owner, or the recipient if the bag was a gift.

Coverage doesn't pass to a second-hand buyer. Every claim needs the warranty card from your box.

  • Available for Singapore orders only
  • Request within 15 days of date of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Seal intact, with packaging, tags, and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase provided

How to start a refund

  2. We confirm eligibility and send the return details.
  3. You send it back.
  4. We refund once the item reaches us and passes inspection.

UrbanProtec+ Lifetime Warranty

We build our products for the long run. If yours falls short of that, reach out. A qualifying defect is repaired at no cost, or given a free replacement, at our discretion.

Covered

  • Zippers that fail
  • Seams that come apart
  • Hardware, buckles, and clasps that break
  • Material faults that affect the intended function of the product

Not covered

  • Everyday wear: fading, minor rips, scuffs, and abrasions
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
  • Damage from repairs or alterations by third parties
  • Cosmetic marks that do not affect primary function

Making a warranty claim

Four steps, in order.

    We confirm and send return details.

    You send it back.

    We inspect, then proceed with a resolution.

If the product is no longer in production, we offer the closest match.

Shipping costs

The customer is responsible for all relevant shipping costs. We cover shipping for sending the repaired or replaced product back to you.

For 1:1 exchanges we highly recommend visiting us in person so you can check the replacement before taking it home. If an in-person visit isn't possible, shipping for the exchange is borne by the customer.

Turnaround time

2 to 4 weeks

From the day we receive your product to the day it returns to you. Peak periods may run longer, and we'll let you know if yours does.
